Metal Spinning

• We have the capability of working with both CNC and Manual metal spinning machines.

• Capable of handling pieces of up to 1.10 meter in diameter and 55 cm in length.

• Type of metals that we can work:

  • Aluminum < 3.00 mm thick

  • Galvanized sheet > 20 gauge

  • Black Sheet > 16 Gauge

  • Copper > 22 Gauge

  • Brass > 20 gauge

  • Stainless Steels > 22 Gauge

Thermoforming

• Able to work all types of Thermoplastic:

  • High Polyethylene

  • Low Poly

  • Polypropylene

  • Polystyrene

  • ABS

  • Nylon

• Maximum thermoforming area of 1.00 m x 1.00 m

• Thermal capacity up to 1800 C

Bench Saw

For cutting plastic and wood pieces with a maximum dimension of up to 2.40 m x 2.40 m.

Guillotine

Ability to cut any type of sheet with the following dimensions:

• 48” length

• 18 gauge

Rolling and Bending Machine

Ability to roll any type of sheet with the following dimensions:
